Your dream is actualy a real and global one. All your desires for Brazil, are expressing and existing across many global iniciatives acroos that planet.
Take "only" one example: Transportations Systems. As I have just published in a recent entry to indymedia new york, we would not follow question (just question it!) a sample of believings that become in 21th century actual mega supertitions call Neoclasical Economics.
Neoclassical Economics have been is closer scrutiny, from Ecological Economics (ecoeco).
Ecoeco is ruled by two centuries of analysing, scientificaly, the ecoystems, that piece of life where the living beings develop all their activities, by the science of Ecology, the study "of our house".
Hundreds of thousands of scientific ecological articles (and trees!), would be enough for that social movements (gracias Occupy), take, in consideration, Ecology and Environment, as the focus for understanding that the only practical crisis we have living today is the crisis of sustainability.
If all cities in one year, have their 15M subscribing a list of proposals, in order to RE-HUMANISING cities, increasing the possibilities of transportation systems, as exactly have been made in many cities and countries. Berlin, or Danemark...
What would be the problem?
Doyou think that governments would say "NO!" to a global proposal, across millions of people signing in internet, for that Transportation systems be reINnovated, in order to democratic equalization within democratic countries and cities where democracy is lived, everyday, when you freely choose the most basic right of a (democratic) citizen: to walk in peace and healthly, across the place where shi/hi lives? :)))
Irak, Afganistan, Lybia, are wars living each day in our today (19.12.11) inhuman cities. If we decide share this Brazil Dream, after Decades of politicians laughing about all environmental problems, and using ecology as advertissements, they have no place for saying a "NO!"
Thanks for make me dream strongly too!
